There are many housing and apartments grooming like mushroom in my city. It is a good sign as one of my friends happens to be a civil overseer. He has the responsibility to build a good, beautiful looking and comfortable houses and choosing the required materials for building such big houses sometimes could be a very difficult task. In my personal view the electrical works need to be perfect if I had to buy a house from such housing colonies. I am always cautious about what kind of electrical insulation material has been used in a house because electric kills several people in a year in my town. Civilians are found to be neglecting electrical hazards these days but there are many incidents where people have lost their lives and their property because of the poor electrical infrastructure.
Things have slowly changed and people seemed to be more interested in houses which are firmly built rather that its outlook. To move in to a safe house, one should always be sure of what kind of electrical insulation material has been used while building in addition to other basic requirements like road access, security and etc.
