Child Adoption

How can child adoption be seen in this modern age? There are many people who would want to adopt a child and raise them like their own blood. This has been a serious issue regarding a child adoption. In some countries there isn’t any legislation which has defined child adoption. In such cases those who seek to adopt a child are deprived of being parents.

In my concern, the law should be a bit more flexible regarding child adoption. There may be a lot of people who don’t have any offspring of their own but desperately want a child. But there are certain people who have wicked intentions while adopting a child. I have seen and heard many such stories. Some wealthy old couple visits a place where the majority of people lives a hard life and takes a child or two with them to their native place. The original parents give away their child because of the difficulty they have raising their child.

What I see here is, there should be a well defined law and provisions for allowing and disallowing people to adopt a child. Recently, Angelina Jolie also got into some legal issues regarding child adoption. However a child adoption should not be taken in a negative way. Some children are really lucky to find good parents and are treated very well as their own blood.
