Switching

As the times have changed and we are now in a more tolerant and civilized society unfortunately we can't go on a crusade like the early christians did. They did convince people of their land to follow christianity but in the rest of the world, they had their crusades, the slaying of the muslims, the pagans, even the native americans and even the migration to the United states from England were all a part of the christian phenomenon.

So they managed to gain wealth and power over time, Kirats on the other hand are still underdeveloped therefore there have been some conversion to christianity. Now I dont mind when a well informed person makes this choice. It is well within his/her personal choice. But i once read "The poor has no time to think on issues of nationality or religion." I've found in many instances (not read but actually met and talked to people) that they chose christianity because the church would then feed them, educate their children etc etc.

Therefore I think that unless the social, economical, educational and cultural upliftment of us Kirat occour we will still face a mass exodus of our people to different religion.
