Lesson

The day was a disastrous one with all the colleagues and co workers going for the strike. I myself remained neutral as I cared about my job and I had some interest upon my colleague’s demands. I personally had to put some efforts to settle the conflict and so far I gave my level best. At the end of the day, it wasn’t only my efforts but tomorrow everything seems to settle down with a big round table talk.


Every day is an opportunity to learn something new. With this ongoing conflict in my incumbent, I personally learned some great new things. The first thing is that, one should not worry about far ahead. Paving a way to some extent is good but going beyond that extent is unnecessarily nuisance. Achieving goals step by step is important as future can hold anything. The plans may not work therefore I learned to set goals one after another. The other thing I learned today is, you should snatch your reward if you deserve it. If anyone is eligible to be rewarded and they are deprived of it, they should step forward and snatch it.


After all the day has been a lesson for me, the anxiety, torments, pressure and everything came to be with a little mixture of relief. Every day is a learning opportunity and the day today has been a big lesson for me.
