Isn’t it amazing and amusing to hear people talk in language which we are not familiar with? Kathmandu is a city where different cultured people dwell. The ones who use their own native language are tamangs, newars and sherpas to name a few. Nepali also known as Khash language is the common and official nepali language but then again there are a lot of people who don’t speak or understand a single Nepali word. Hearing them talk in their mother tongue is really fun. At times of their conversation we find it very hard to distinguish between a heated argument and a normal chat. The tone of their language when not being able to understand makes it more humorous.
