Summer And Hot Weather

Generally a summer is bit more difficult to tolerate than winter chills. The scorching heat could just be unbearable to many people and summer is the main season that everyone has to take care of their health. Due to the warm temperature, bacteria in food are more active and hence, preserved food should be avoided as far as possible. The food too rots comparatively faster than in winters. The sun ray itself is a hazard and to some people who have tender skin may get infected very quickly. The level of dust particles in the atmosphere is normally higher which is another big health risking factor and yet hard to avoid. With the level of such high dust particles in the air, it causes skin as well as eye irritation and even cause the worst of harmful diseases. Human body tends to be less energetic in the hot weather which means less natural exercises. When the body don’t get enough exercise, it loses appetite as well as low appetite means a welcome not to diseases.

So keeping a body fit in summer or hot weather is a big concern. Everybody needs to take every possible precaution before ending up in hospital. Mosquitoes are another good source of inviting disease in hot weathers. Due to mosquitoes and preserved cooked food, many people suffer from Malaria and diarrhea respectively.

So in summer season when the weather is hot, we have to be really careful with everything so as to remain healthy.
