While in school or colleges, the average students would have faced difficulties with particular subjects. In one way or the other, there is always a difficult subject in the course. Many of them would find it ridiculous to cram on the subject they hate the most just to get good grades in the exams. There is some kind of compulsion to work on the subjects they hate most.
Before a student finally gets to choose his or her interest in academic career, they would have already gone through a lot of hard times with the compulsory subjects which they never found interesting.
